Here at New River Aero, we use Piper PA-28 Cherokees for our flight services.  Long recognized as one of the most durable and reliable training aircraft on the market, PA-28s are ideally suited to meet your flight training and airplane rental needs.  Equipped with 160 h.p. Lycoming engines that provide a cruise speed of 110 knots and a range of approximately 700 miles, each is also IFR equipped with dual com/nav radios.  In addition, one of them is installed with an IFR certified Apollo GPS navigation system.
